Our COVID-19 Healthy Site module

creates a safer and more compliant environment for workers and visitors.

Our built-in COVID-19 Health Site module can be enabled/disabled for your account as alert COVID-19 levels change. When the COVID-19 Healthy Site module is enabled, all site entries and exits will require SiteConnect mobile app users to complete compulsory sign-in and sign-out declaration forms for all sites in your account. You can customise the sign-in and sign-out declaration messages and settings from your account settings.

All this information is captured for contact tracing purposes should it be needed and is kept confidential.

During site entries, the sign-in declaration form will request the following information from users:
  • Where did the user come from?
  • Does the user have a fever?
  • The user needs to acknowledge the sign-in declaration.
When users leave sites (sign out of sites), the following information is requested:
  • Where is the user going next?
  • The user needs to acknowledge the sign-out declaration.

Site management are notified as soon as users sign into sites using GPS or QR Codes. These notifications can be toggled on or off by site account administrators.

Sign-in / Sign-out Declaration Forms

Site sign-in and sign-out declarations must be completed on a regular basis. These declarations may vary from site-to-site, but will contain the same health and safety requirements.
