Phil Sage - SiteConnect's Technology Manager

Phil Sage


Phil has a long career of delivering Enterprise scale digital transformation to businesses including Compass Group Plc, BP Plc and Brambles Pty: Chep Europe, Hitachi Capital. He qualified as an Accountant with KPMG. 

Phil is passionate about bringing technology together with business process and clean data to make people in and around a business operate safely and effectively.

Kobus Beets

Kobus is the mastermind of development for our SiteConnect product. He has been intimately involved with the product design since it’s inception and works closely with many of our key customers.

Kobus has skills in Hybrid mobile app development, application security and Artificial Intelligence programming.

Marty O'Donnell

Marty has extensive experience with technology solutions and systems working with Australasian early adopters of online retailing platforms and selling and supporting business management software. Most recently he was part of the high growth sales team of Switch Utilities, a Deloitte triple Fast 50 high growth New Zealand company. He has a Master of Commerce from The University of Auckland and prior to entering the commercial sector, was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Unitec Institute of Technology.

Health & Safety Advisor

Theresa brings 15 years experience in Health & Safety in manufacturing and logistics, including as Group Health & Safety Manager for a major employer.

She plays an integral role in supporting implementation and training for SiteConnect to ensure our new customers get off to the best possible start.

Theresa has completed through EMA Learning a Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health Management – Massey University paper 114:368.

Jack has sales experience working as an external sales resource for various enterprise IT companies in APAC. Jack is hungry to crunch numbers to drive new business through his high level of communication skills. Jack has undertaken extensive sales training and has a proven track record of success working on behalf of global companies such as HP, Commscope and 8×8.

Julie Fraser

Marketing & COMMS

Julie has extensive marketing and event management experience having worked with various global Data, Security & Communication brands. She is skilled at CRM, corporate image management, brand implementation, Adobe Creative Suite, digital media, social media, website project management and graphic design. Julie spent 13 years as Marketing Manager for Atlas Gentech, an electronic data, communications and security distributor.

Elliot began at SiteSoft in early 2021. He is predominantly involved in driving new business and speaks to both existing and potential clients, he is a problem solver and a great communicator. His interest in sales sparked after university which ultimately led him down his career path and towards SiteSoft where he is passionate about the work the team are doing to make managing Health & Safety simple and headache-free!

Clint Esau, SiteConnect's Inside Senior Developer

Clint Esau

Senior Developer

Clint is an experienced full stack developer with almost 10 years of experience behind him. He has built scalable web applications and internal tools that have drastically improved efficiency. Clint holds a Bachelor of Computing Systems degree and has skills in eCommerce, POS and Inventory Management systems development.

Claire Tindale

Management Accountant

Claire has had extensive accounting experience in the corporate sector including a 16 year tenure with Mitre 10. She has gained accreditation with Xero accounting software and has worked as a Xero trainer for a Chartered Accountancy business. Claire holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Tim Manning


Tim is a founder and major shareholder of SiteSoft. He was the vision.

Tim is the vision, energy and driving force behind Grip-Lock, Stitch’N’Print, Switch Utilities and SiteSoft. He has developed over $2 billion of residential properties across over 50 different large-scale projects in New Zealand through his Norwich Group of Companies.

Nick Yates


Nick is a founder and shareholder in SiteSoft and brings considerable property management and development experience to the company. He understands the full property lifecycle and these insights add value to the software design process.

He has held Senior roles in a variety of listed companies in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. He previously led Switch Utilities – a triple Deloitte Fast 50 winner, which sold to ASX listed Vocus Communications. He has National (NZCSC) and World Awards (Gold Mac) for marketing and Project delivery.

Chase is the director responsible for overseeing the technology aspect of the company including programming, security, and overall product development. Chase was previously the CTO of SiteSoft and managed all technology aspects of the business. He is a self-proclaimed “Professional Geek”, whose passion is IT.
He gained his IT credentials from Otago University.
He is passionate, driven and strives to grow the software and infrastructure of the company every day.

He is always wearing his customer hat and ensuring the direction of the product is making a positive difference in the world of Health & Safety.

Tony Hough


Tony Hough has spent most of his career in technology products working for International manufacturers. He started his career in sales and progressed through sales, branch, subsidiary and international management. He has also run his own business in both technology distribution and recruitment of high technology people.

Tony was invited to join Sitesoft in 2014 because of his experience in SaaS having sold a comprehensive email offering to a large telecommunications company in 2002, one of the early SaaS installations in Australia.
